Its a beautiful book that talks about mental health as it is, undiluted way. For me also it was great experience sharing my sad & happy moment in form of poetry in the book.

Nabeela holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Psychology, and she recently completed her master's at the University of Kashmir. Currently excelling as a content writer, she has made noteworthy contributions to various anthologies. With five compilations under her belt – "Pretty Me," "Fallen Crimson," "Under the Summer Skies," “Unbreakable Ties” and “Whispers of Freedom”.
