The Angel Series

Gregory the Great wrote, “God created three kinds of living spirit: one which is not enclosed in flesh [and does not die]; another, which is enclosed in flesh but does not die with the flesh; a third which is enclosed in flesh and dies with the flesh.”

The third type refers to animals, the second to humans, and the first to angels.
