Doing the Works of Jesus

“…he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do…” – John 14:12 (NKJV)

This is the promise of Jesus, but is it true? Can we really do the same works that Jesus did? If He promised it, then the answer is a resounding “YES”! People around the world are experiencing the reality of this promise, and I believe that you and I can also begin to step into that ministry of love and power that Jesus promised, and experience it daily!

As we pursue the message of Doing the Works of Jesus, we’ll discover the common thread that runs through all of Jesus’ encounters with people. The focus of Jesus’ ministry will become clear, and I believe that we will learn in practical terms how Jesus’ life and ministry can become a model for our own lives!

Together, I believe that we can learn practical ways to demonstrate the love of Jesus Christ on a daily basis. We can learn to bring the reality of Christ into our daily lives. We can learn to walk in the Spirit moment by moment, and we can make great progress towards fully becoming the people that God intends for us to be!

Ultimately, this is about all of us becoming a Church that demonstrates the reality of Christ to a dying world that wants to see proof!
