Adam Geczy

Adam Geczy is a Sydney-based artist and writer. He is a Senior Lecturer at Sydney College of the Arts, and author of numerous books including Art: Histories, Theories and Exceptions; and Fashion and Orientalism: Dress, Textiles and Culture from the 17th to the 21st Century. His creative practice spans film, performance, music and exhibition. Adam recently co-edited the highly acclaimed Fashion and Art with Vicki Karaminas. His latest title (with Vicki Karaminas) is Fashion's Double: Representations of Fashion in Painting, Photography and Film (2015).
