ANDREW WATTS. Born in 1957. Over 15 years experience working as an architect specialising in facade detailing in Paris, London and Melbourne on projects with a wide range of construction technologies. Masters Degree at the University of Cambridge. Thesis: Contemporary cladding systems. Assistant on cladding for the Institut du Monde Arabe for the architect Jean Nouvel. Member of design team that detailed the cladding elements for Millennium Bridge, London for Norman Foster. Currently facade specialist at Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects, London and New York. Andrew Watts was a project architect for Jean Nouvel in Paris, working on some of his most notable buildings. More recently as a facade specialist, he has worked on some well-known projects around the world including Federation Square, Melbourne and the Millennium Bridge, London. He is currently a facade specialist at Kohn Pedersen Fox in London.
