Brink Lindsey

Brink Lindsey is a senior fellow at the Cato Institute. In his years with Cato, Lindsey has served as director of regulatory studies, founder and director of the Center for Trade Policy Studies, and vice president for research. He was a senior editor of Regulation magazine and he created and was the original editor of Cato Unbound. From 2010 to 2012, Lindsey was a senior scholar in research and policy at the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation. He currently serves as a senior fellow with the Kauffman Foundation. His books include Human Capitalism: How Economic Growth Has Made Us Smarter — and More Unequal; The Age of Abundance: How Prosperity Transformed America’s Politics and Culture; and Against the Dead Hand: The Uncertain Struggle for Global Capitalism.
