Cathy Prather

Cathy Prather Russell is CEO of Gift Of A Helping Hand Charitable TR and Carol's Greetings & Gift Shop. She has been working pro bono at the nonprofit foundation since 2002. Carol's Greetings & Gift Shop was formed again in 2018 to help raised funds for the nonprofit charity. Cathy Prather Russell first established Carol's Greetings & Gift Shop in 1998, and she lost ties with her business, during her difficult times in her abusive marriage. Now she has reopen the gift shop once again. She is also a self-published Author of several children books, poetry books, fiction and nonfiction novels.
