Eva Markert

Before her retirement, Eva Markert was an English and French teacher, and she holds a certificate in teaching German as a foreign language. She is also a state-certified translator. In her free time, she worked for many years as an editor and proofreader at a small publishing house. Eva Markert writes children's and young adult books, novels and short stories. She has published most of her works as an indie author. However, many of her short stories are also included in anthologies. Two Christmas books for children were published by a small publishing house.
