Lorna Michaels

A Texan and proud of it, Lorna Michaels has lived all her life in the Lone Star State. At age four she decided she would be a writer, and now, after many years–she refuses to say how many–she is. She sold her first book, a Golden Heart finalist, in 1989. She's also a speech pathologist with a busy private practice, a wife, mother, grandmother, and cat owner.
