Photographer, writer, and archivist Manoah Bowman is the author of Natalie Wood: Reflections on a Legendary Life and Fellini: The Sixties, the co-author of Grace Kelly: Hollywood Dream Girl, and a co-producer of the HBO/Amblin documentary Natalie Wood: What Remains Behind. Manoah maintains the Independent Visions photographic archive, a collection of over a million unique images detailing the history of cinema and television. He has contributed photographs, ephemera, and rare materials to a vast array of books, publications, documentaries, studios, and museums, including the Los Angeles Times, Paramount Studios, Universal Studios, United Artists, Disney, Eastman House, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. His contributions as a photographic editor include Jeffrey Vance's trilogy of classic film books, Chaplin: Genius of the Cinema, Buster Keaton Remembered, and Harold Lloyd: Master Comedian. He resides in Los Angeles.
