Mike Acker

Mike Acker grew up working in missions on the outskirts of Mazatlan, Mexico. Moving back to the United States, he attended Northwest University, ultimately making the decision to become an ordained Pastor. During college, Mike began his ministry journey: Kids Pastor, Youth and Associate Pastor, Church Planter and Multi-site Lead Pastor for 10 years, and then as a Pastor on a teaching team reaching over 10,000 each week. After 18 years of vocational ministry Mike Acker started his own company, ADVANCE. Along with coaching professionals and executives, Mike Acker continues ministry by working with Pastors to improve their preaching and leadership.
