Mitchel Schwindt

Dr. Mitchel Schwindt is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who practices in a variety of clinical settings. He is also a fellow of the American Academy of Emergency Physicians. He completed his emergency medicine residency at Michigan State University, one of the busiest level 1 emergency and trauma centers in the United States. He served as chief resident his final year. While there he was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, a prestigious medical honor society. He also devoted a significant amount of time working as a flight physician for an aeromedical company.Dr. Schwindt's extensive career includes roles as a former flight physician and Medical Director of a trauma program, positions that have honed his skills in high-pressure, critical care environments. This extensive hands-on experience in diverse and challenging settings provides him with unique insights into the realities of emergency medicine.Committed to extending his impact beyond the emergency room, Dr. Schwindt is passionate about educating and mentoring future physicians. He has taught students across 127 countries, sharing comprehensive knowledge enriched by his clinical and leadership experiences.
