Robert Blinc

Robert Blinc is the Dean of the Jozef Stefan International Postgraduate School in Ljubljana, and a Professor of Physics at the University of Ljubljana. He has held visiting professorships in the USA, Brazil, Switzerland, and Austria, and won a number of prizes for his work on ferroelectrics and the application of magnetic resonance to the study of the local structure of matter.
