Sean D. Carr, Ph.D is the Executive Director and CEO of the Global Innovation Exchange at the University of Washington in Seattle. He was previously Executive Director of the Batten Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Virginia. He is also co-author, along with Robert F. Bruner, of the book The Panic of 1907: Lessons Learned from the Market's Perfect Storm. The book focuses on the early 20th Century financial disaster known as the Panic of 1907.
