Sheri Amsel

With degrees in botany, zoology and a master's in biomedical illustration, Sheri develops science curriculum for K-12 schools, libraries, science museums, and educational conferences nationally. She is the author and illustrator of more than 30 books for children and adults on nature and science topics and develops nature trails for schools and outdoor education facilities, taking school groups out with science programming while training educators to use trails as educational supplements. Sheri created the ExploringNature.org, a science education website used by schools in 20 countries worldwide.
