Tim Wynne-Jones

Tim Wynne-Jones is an eminent Canadian writer of books for children; winner of many awards. The Flight of Burl Crow, published in Canada as The Maestro, won Canada's highest literary prize. Tim has visited Australia once for the 1994 Melbourne Writers' Festival, and several of his books would be known to librarians.
