Tom Percival

Tom Percival grew up in a remote part of South Shropshire in a small caravan without electricity, mains water or any sensible form of heating. Tom has written and illustrated several picture books as well as the series Little Legends. He also does lots of other bits and pieces, like animation and music production, but let's not get into all that right now.
