I am unable to download this movie to my device, even though I paid for it! I get an error downloading message everytime

I cried from the beginning till the end because this movie reminds me so much of my childhood and all of those feelings coming back to my face when I watch this movie. Love Jim Cummings voicing Winnie the Pooh and Tigger, he is the voice of my childhood. I hope this won't be the last Winnie the Pooh film.
