Money refunded after posting a negative review / I used of this company's service in Kuta, Bali. I found out on the spot that there was no storage room at the given address. I was only asked by helpdesk, if I really searched well for the storage room. I ran around the city with two large suitcases for over an hour before I found another place on my own. When I complained again I was told they were sorry and would teturn my money. But they did not do that and stopped communication.

Great help on your travels when you have a big luggage with you and check in at your hotel is possible in late hours. An only disadvantage of the app is, that you don't see a precise location or adress of a selected storage place before you book and pay for it.

My first experience was terrible. Partner / luggage store wasnt open when I was there to drop off my bag. I found diferent place to keep my luggage.
