It would not take my password so they sent me a temporary password. And now I cannot change my password. To keep saying bad request, I can't click on anything. It keeps saying bad request, trying to click on my clicking. Address. It says, bad request why I need help.

This app update is terrible. Any time I go to new arrivals and click on a product, it restarts the app and puts me right back on the denim blue screen with the hollister logo in the center (starting screen).

I love this app. I can look up items I want. I put them in my cart. I go to the store n boom. Less time looking around n being undecided. Ordering on line is best but sometimes I just want to get out the house. App awesome 👌 👏 👍 😍
