General experience feels like a browser in early development. 1) A number of times at checkout, the 'State' drop-down list was blank / blank dots. Another time, it requires me to type in the state. 2) Even though all fields were filled out, the checkout button was greyed out. Had to back out and go back in a couple times. 3) For the longest while, (I guess) the I.T. team does NOT allow devices with VPN on it. This makes me suspect that it collects other personal data besides address and cards.

This is the worst app. I can never ship anything to my house because the state pull down menu is blank. Half the time I try to open the app it crashes and when I do manage to purchase anything (but again have to ship it to store) I get a Hold Processing screen pop up 4 times before I can push the next button. I will be uninstalling.

Terrible UI. Not intuitive. Why do I need to select "Shop Aerie", isn't shopping the main point of the app? Why does "Shop Aerie" take me to the "Discovery" page instead of the "Shop" page. Went to add a new card and after entering all info the save button didn't work. Had to pay through PayPal. Please, just make it easy to make a purchase!
