Been using Grab for many years, lately the driver quality has gotten so bad, I have more bad experiences than good ones. Most drivers don't know how to use the app, or don't know how to use Google maps or Waze, are very difficult to deal with, or cancel so much that it's difficult ti rely on them (especially when you have been waiting for your Grab food order for an hour). Of course complaining to Grab is pointless so you're always on your own trying to deal with the problem.

They have degraded the customer support functions to the point that it is utterly useless. No more speaking to a person, ever. Wanted to cancel my order (it was being massively delayed) which met their new cancellation policy, restaurant hasn't started preparing and no rider assigned, but still no option to cancel. The "chat" just sends you around in circles with premade responses, it's completely brain dead. Good luck if you ever have any issues, you will not get help.

I had an issue with an order that I got charged even if it's Grab that cancelled it. I can't even reach out to an agent. The bot keeps answering with the same script. I can't even reach any other options to file a complaint or issue. Please email me or something. This is a bad customer service on your end. I was just trying to order my food! Update: Grab just cancelled my order again. I waited 1 hour for the delivery to update. They just cancelled it. Nothing follows.
