I haven't had this app for very long, but even so, I already love it. It's such a great way to learn new words, and the widgets are super cute. My favorite part is the fact that there's a tool to help you pronounce it, which is especially helpful for more obscure words. There are a few ads when you're in the app, but in my experience they haven't been overpowering.

I have the widget on my home screen and it works perfectly. The app is incredibly easy to use, it's affordable, and it's not like those annoying apps with too much UI or color. I will also say the notification option is very nice 🙂 I have my app set to 5 words daily and I have never thought the notifications were annoying. I've genuinely used the app and have gone back to words that I favorited.

it's pretty nice, but once you click on your "favourited words" page there's no way to deselect it with the only way to get back to scrolling through new words being to remove everything in your favourites. it's also a bummer that you can't at least look at any words you add to your "words I want to memorize" collection without paying. kinda scummy in my opinion because you can add words into it perfectly fine without paying, you just can't look at them. that being said learning words is fun
