VicoHome: Smart Home Camera

I'm quite impressed by the value their compact camera systems represent! As a recent purchase, I still have access to their 'Trial Subscription' FULL functionality. Not sure what features will 'disappear' after I reach the end of the 30 days. The on-demand light and audio alarm are useful. The infrared 2K picture resolution at night, is unexpectedly clear for the low price! The magnetic mounts are well designed too.

Can't ever view playback with SD card. It tries to load, and once it actually does (if it does) trying to scrub through the footage is abysmal and jumps around and doesn't allow you to hone in on a specific time you wish to view. When I went to look at the video files via my laptop, it splits the video feed between random 10 second, 30 second, and 1 minute video files so scrubbing through 100s of files even after loading several in VLC player was still a chore. Pretty much useless app.

They just took away the self recording feature, so it's pointless to have the SDcard if you're not looking for a cloud service. BTW the recording skips constantly but if you pay it won't... hmmm. Just put back the feature that allows for constant SD card recording without needing your 'service' I gave you two stars only because my ability to see my SD card and playback video miraculously returned. Video still skips constantly even during playback. Sorry but i still don't care for your app.
