Honestly, this app is kind of a waste of storage. A few days ago, I got stranded somewhere in Genk after I went on the wrong bus. And this app's UI is more confusing and less useful than its Netherland counterpart; GVB. But I managed to get back to my destination safely with Google Maps of all things.

The app in itself is not too bad but the schedule are often incorrect or unreliable. The app tells you the bus shall be there in a few minutes but it doesn't correspond to the reality where the bus already passed or is delayed. The ticket and payment part in the app works well.

Please forget the app and fix your drivers who are largely negligent and sometimes rude..In Antwerp, the buses are never on time especially Hoboken axis. Then, how can a driver put "even pause" and pass your stop after waiting for about 1 hour even when he/she knows he is scheduled..Lack of communication on both your app and navigation channels when routes are changed or when a bus is NOT going come, is a huge problem in Belgium with De Lijn. Rating here should be less 1.
