one of the worst mobile banking app. why? it doesn't allow customer to use certain keyboard (only allow basic android keyboard). second, customer only can view their cc transaction in mobile banking instead of internet banking, meanwhile their migration/enhancement took so long from internet banking to mobile banking (more than 2 weeks), and customer still cannot view their credit card statement directly from mobile banking app..

I used to use this app on my phone. Months ago i can't access this app anymore by telling me that my device isn't compatible anymore. So you think it's wise to left old account and mobile banking user out from this app? So now i need to replace my mobile device with a new one in order to access my account? Without any notification before if my mobile device will not be compatible anymore, and without any info of alternative way to access my account with mobile app. The dev.email can't be reached

Is there no other way than you guys forcing us to use the default keyboard on the phone? This is very annoying, every time I use the HSBC app I have to change the keyboard.
