Managing Your Account:

Your privacy and control over your data are important to us. If you wish to delete your account, you can easily do so directly within the app. Please follow these simple steps:

- Account Tab -> Account -> Delete account
- Tap the 3 checkboxes then tap Delete.
- Enter your Wyze account password again and tap Delete.
Upon deleting your account, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers, and you will not be able to recover any data associated with your account.

Was working good until your last update. There is a delay on notifications and it goes offline at times. I've done all the troubleshooting. It has nothing to do with DST. Also, your AI isn't showing a pet detection anymore. It shows vehicles all the time when a pet triggers it. Have had your camera for a long time, but whatever you did, it does NOT work well anymore. Please fix it. Thanks!

Update: with recent updates to the new app it is working better. How about we get the old app back? It worked more than 95% of the time. The new version only works about 25% of the time. It struggles trying to connect, rarely had trouble with the old app. It gives a notification of movement or identifys a person or pet, but when you go to events there is nothing there. Highly disappointing because Wyze were far and above the best cameras and service I had found.

Good, mostly. The cameras have great features, but the outdoor cams experience far too many disconnection issues. And then there are issues with retrieving videos (i.e. 'upload error) and the AI mistaking random objects for people. The latter can cause anxiety if you set the alarm to sound in the middle of the night when a person is detected. No bueno.
