Even you have coupons you cannot use them. Prices are not always up to date, so you have to double check at the check out. Time estimations almost never are accurate, there is always a delay. The company did not take responsibility when something happens with the delivery. Lately, extra charges have been place (service charge, platform support charges, etc) which makes less attractive to use it.

This application showed an error that the payment did not go through, but the money was written off from the bank. They promised to return it within 72 hours, but they never did. I wrote to the support service many times, they send me to the bank, they do not provide any confirmation of refusal from their bank. My bank gave me a code for a successful RRN transaction, and told me to contact them. I wrote to them after that with the code and a bank statement. They still did nothing and never retur

I've had people come numerous times that didn't have change, even when I put the amount of money I'll be paying with in before ordering. That just happened again which is why I decided to make a review. The man said we were judging him and cancelled the order. I tried to file a complaint but there's no option to do so on the application. Also there's no language options. So ya, room for improvement with this app for sure.
