BerichtenboxCN

The BerichtenboxCN app can only be used in combination with the MijnCN portal and MyCN app.

The BerichtenboxCN app is a personal mailbox in which you receive digital mail from the government. Clear, secure and always available. You can save the messages in the archive of the Message BoxCN app, so that you can keep important messages. If a message has an attachment, you can forward it, save it, or open it in another app. It is currently not possible to adjust your preferences for affiliated organizations.

DATA PROCESSING & PRIVACY

When you use the BerichtenboxCN app, certain personal data is processed. When logging in, your CRIB number is sent via MyCN to the BerichtenboxCN. To show the data from your MyCN account in the BerichtenboxCN app, a notification token, a user token and an encryption token are used. By using the BerichtenboxCN app you agree to this processing, to which the following provisions also apply:
• The user is solely responsible for the security of his mobile device. • Tax Authorities CN, RCN SSO CN and Tax Authorities have taken appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss or unlawful processing of the user's personal data.
• The BerichtenboxCN app complies with security measures that are comparable to the security measures of the MijnCN website. The BerichtenboxCN app also uses the security mechanisms of the operating system.
• The user's personal data is processed in accordance with the BES Personal Data Protection Act and the privacy statement on the Tax Authorities CN website (https://www.taxdienst-cn.nl/privacy).
• Updates for the BerichtenboxCN app can occasionally be downloaded and installed via the app store. These updates are intended to improve, expand or further develop the BerichtenboxCN app and may consist of fixes for program errors, advanced functions, new software modules or completely new versions. Without these updates, the BerichtenboxCN app may not function or not function properly.
• The CN Tax Authorities reserve the right to (temporarily) discontinue the offering of the BerichtenboxCN app in the app store or the operation of the BerichtenboxCN app without giving reasons.
