Good app, with loads of different exercises and levels. Had to uninstall due to a little screen that kept popping up saying: "Loading". Very annoying. Also, want to be able to move it to my SD-card to save valuable space. No longer a user.

This app is fantastic if you don't like the gym or spending money on workout equipment! All you need is a chair and a soft floor surface (the app says use a mat, but a carpet will do). It keeps you motivated with each day that you get to check off. Built-in rest days and easy days help you be safe. I love the lady robot voice that gives you tips and pointers. If you do this app and eat/drink more healthfully, you will see results!

Been using the app for about 3 years now and have paid for a subscription. Its the best app ive tried that builds an exercise routine for beginners like me who have struggled with motivation. No streaks which is great, slow and gradually progression that's all tracked month by month. Frictionless user experience, Step by step instruction videos as you do the workouts and helpful tips on posture. I've found that if I struggle with a workout, I just half the reps. Better to do some than none.
