Features that I thought were basic require an expensive subscription. It does allow you to speak with people at the door, and that helps with package deliveries. Chat and Help features don't work. It is wireless and works well on apt door. Needs recharging weekly. Inexpensive price and not costly to maintain. The camera has a narrow viewpoint, and videos can not be viewed.

Doorbell only works with the chime that comes with the doorbell. Doorbell has no way to wire into existing doorbell power or chimes. Subscription required to view any event recordings, unless you are happy just seeing still images for past events. No option to just record to an SD card like my previous video doorbell. Does have excellent image quality, but audio is honestly subpar. App has ads at top of page, which is not okay when a device was purchased or subscription bought.

So far its working perfectly, however it wouldn't allow me to watch back the videos of who came to the door, which I think is defying the purpose of actually having the app and camera. When I try to subscribe for the cloud storage, its telling me that something is wrong with the app store. Please explain to me how I can watch the videos so I know who came and left? Please. It's very important, security wise.
