I have been well pleased over the years with the application for its ease of use and for providing most functions as the thermostat's screen. The recent addition of reports has made this application top notch!! This data has only been available through the web page, so it has been a bit of inconvenience to access. The reports on the app are outstanding! There is lots of data well organized and charted, which is amazingly easy to navigate and read on a phone. Most excellent work app developers!!!

3 stars for being merely functional. I can change my thermostat setting from my phone (yawn). It spins for about 7 seconds, which is annoying when you have multiple zones. Sometimes I get a notification that something is wrong with my HVAC system. I click the notification, and the app tells me I've already read it (without showing me it). I click OK and wait 10 seconds, then the screen reloads and shows me the notification. Merely functional with a slow, clunky user experience...

I had no problems with the iOS version but the Android version does not allow you to override the currently scheduled comfort setting with a custom comfort setting (only the three default comfort settings - Home, Away, or Sleep). This functionality also needs to be added to the base station. I have a sensor in every room of my house and setup custom comfort settings based on various sensor combinations, all of which are not accessible other than as a scheduled event due to this limitation.
