All my apps aren't linked to shukran. With updates I lost all details in my apps. I contact Centerpoint and shukran team I got reply to be patient, that everything is fine, that is technical problem to contact another team.. It has been long time of my patience and my problem is still the same. I shop for loyalty program otherwise plenty more shops to shop around without program. Very bad service of all together even when I call 5 times no one resolve issue. And delivery is so slow, UK send 24h

Very slow, I can't use it or open the app if I need it. Many times, I tried to use it in the shop, but I didn't It shame big store the have cheap app

Customer service is very bad. I have purchased something online through my account, points were never added. Tried adding manually, the request was rejected. Tried emailing customer are and never got reply. Tried logging in a complaint via app, it doesn't work, text can't be added. It's ok to use this in store but be careful as cashiers are not asking if you have Shukran so you must ask them to add your purchase.... Don't use app for online purchases ever!
