Update Dec-2024. The app suddenly stopped working saying that my phone is rooted. My phone IS NOT rooted. Excellent and convenient service Since the day I installed it, I have been using it daily. You can have charge cards, smokes, pet food and many other things delivered not usually available through the apps that specialize in food delivery. Highly recommend to avoid going shopping during the pandemic.

They are not profissional and customer care has no care at all! Also their service is slow and they change the status of the order as they like, you think it's out for delivery but when you call the shop they tell you the rider didn't come yet! And your order could take hours even if the shop is only 15 min away from you! and it can be cancelled by instashop themselves if you kept asking for it. I don't recommend this app at all, you can order from the shop itself, it's cheaper and faster!

Disappointed, and this is the last day i will use the app however i used to use it every day. After 4 hours of waiting the order at the end of the year , and several traiels to contact the support. They told me they will cancel the order because of road closure. And this is not true because after that i ordered from other food delivery app from same area and recieved in 30 min . Morover you can update me after one hour that you want to cancel not 4 hours with status out for delivery.
