This is a exemplary transport app. Easily the best in CZ, but S-tier within the whole EU as well. I use it not only to buy tickets and seat reservations, but also for information about trains, stations, delays and so on. I particularly like: * Stability - never had a error or seen some kind of log * Logical layout, natural for first time users, powerful enough for enthusiasiasts I wish other carriers (RegioJet) could achieve at least 80 percent of this UX. I actually prefer it to the web one

The train broke down, they didn't bother to inform us, the display was showing a message that we will have to pass through "unplanned" station. After an hour of sitting in a carriage with air conditioner off since we stopped, I went through couple of carriages until I found a steward and asked her if we are delayed or broken. She said we're broken and there's another train in an hour. I missed my connection train because of this, and they refuse to refund the ticket for the missed connection.

The app actually works for searching for connections, buying tickets, paying for them, showing them to the steward and much more. I haven't encountered any crashes or major bugs, which is unheard of in this class of applications. It even has kind of nice, intuitive and modern interface. Big thumbs up for the dev team, this is really shining example. You are one of very little competent dev teams behind public transport apps. Great job and keep it up.
