SETUP WORKOUT: tabata,HIIT, WOD or any other
Set up, edit and save your own workouts with the customizable feature. Add as many intervals as you like. You can add a 10 second rest period and a 20 second work period, as well as a 5 second interval between exercises.

TRACKING PROGRESS
Track your workouts with a Calendar. Plan and track events, and get notified when you have a training scheduled. With this feature, you will not miss a single workout and will keep track of your progress.

Tracks you history with optional notes if you want to save what the workout was. Easy to understand and manipulate and didn't disrupt my music. I would only add a "+10s" button if I need to extend a workout or rest, but even without that there are pause and skip buttons.

excellent app for training individually or as a group. You can see and hear it in the background while you have other apps running. Has lots of choices that allow you to adjust workout specifically as you desire.

Simple easy to use timer, I could set for what I needed easily. I'd tried 3 other apps before this one and this was he only one that I could set how I wanted it.
