It's an app with great support, no matter what you are looking for (stress release, anxiety management, more self love, or more mindfulness and space in your every day). I really like the voice recorded. Content is neutral, not overwhelming, not trying to sell you anything apart from selfcare and selfsupport. There are multiple background sounds to choose from. I actually fall asleep if turning on "fall asleep meditation".

I like the idea that stories and meditative music help me regulating my nerve system ve focusing on my moment. However, I think there's too much talking in meditation voice records. Whenever I want to concentrate during meditating or sleeping, there's always woman not stopping talking. I find it really irritating. "Meditation" doesn't (and shouldn't) mean tiring someone's mind with non-stop talks.

The best meditation app I've ever used. They not only thought about the little things like a new motivational quote on your lock screen every day, but the content is extremely well produced. There are programs you can follow, or just explore. There is a lot of freedom around it. They track what you do so you can see your accomplishments and have so many options from talk, to music, to guided meditation, to background focus music, and everything in between. Short or long meditation, you choose!
