I can appreciate the selection, but not the substitutions for songs and the poor connection or functionality that seems to have only gotten worse. It is a clunky app, at best, and they still have not improved any of the issues. It is even worse if you use it on firestick. Do you really have to use symbols for everything? Earphones do not translate to "my stuff" very well. Not intuitive whatsoever. Fix it. No wonder it is getting crushed by Spotify

Slow. I want to like this app so much, but it's an uphill battle. I usually prefer to commence music within 2 minutes of opening, being incredibly generous, Amazon music does not agree. Downloads stop for no reason, storage to spare. Sound quality is amazing. Struggles to make it through an hour playlist without something going wrong, resulting in general unhappiness and repeated tracks. This is all within the Amazon ecosystem, from echo to firestick. Not great. Slow So, so slow. Seriously slow.

Absolutely terrible for managing playlists. You cannot sort at all. Only drag and drop, which is a good idea in committee but not real life. No volume levelling, so you go from whisper to ear-splitting from track to track. Lots of tracks are "re-recordings" rather than original. Hard to find anything beyond the first row of any page/tab. Alexa is worthless in the app - don't bother asking for a personal playlist, it can't handle that.
