⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "I’ve had a great experience with CIBC so far. The app is really convenient and user-friendly, making it easy to manage my accounts, pay bills, and transfer funds all in one place. The customer service is also quick and helpful whenever I have questions. I especially appreciate the security features – I feel confident that my information is safe. This app needs some serious work. It's so glitchy and frustrating! When I try to add another etranster person the whole app just closes so what I have to do is uninstall and reinstall and put all my info in again. Then it tells me I have requested the code too many times and I need to try later. It does this Luke once a month and it's so frustrating. Fix it.

This app seems to get worse with each update. It is now much harder to navigate. Everything on the screen is huge, taking up way too much precious real estate. My older phone doesn't have a huge screen, like newer models, which is why I won't upgrade, and the latest updates have things overlapping, and sometimes cut right off. It is also not intuitive at all, and the Ads and "offers" get in the way.
