I've used this app for years. Ever since Saturday, it has crashed every single time I've tried to scroll through this week's drop. I see about 3 things, then it crashes. I've tried uninstalling, clearing the caches and all the usual techniques. No change. It crashes on my phone and my tablet. Stop trying to put in pointless videos and make an app that doesn't crash and enables you to see what's in sale! It's not difficult!

The app itself is nit bad, but the delivery policy is awful. Free shipping over 100lv is not available if you're buying an item on sale, which is ridiculous. The total price of the order still meets the "requirements". Also, store delivery also doesn't work during sales... Terrible customer service.

Clothes look great on website but when they arrive are so different in colour and quality. Very disappinting. Now also the returns process is teadious. I received 3 boxes and want to return three boxes, not play tetris by trying to put it all in one box or be forced to pay a return fee when they promis returns are supposedly free. I'm done with Zara.
