I have had a frustrating experience with your app and chat assistant, which fails to understand queries and repeatedly asks for rephrasing, creating a never-ending loop of unhelpful responses. When finally connected to a live agent, they just wasted time without providing any response. Your mobile application is another disappointment. Many features are marked as "coming soon" and have remained as such for so long. It raises the question of what "soon actually means in your context.

This is the worst app ever!! It is extremely slow and not user friendly! Keeps crashing! Doesn't load! I reinstalled it and no difference! It doesn't even open if you don't have a WiFi connection or data! CAN YOU PROVIDE A BUTTON TO EASILY ADD/REMOVE CARDS AND MAKE Payments directly! this is very frustrating! As I can't seem to find where exactly are our cards stored??! There is a whole lot of useless information that does not solve anything! Can't register my account but I am already postpaid!

Worst App. After updating the app, I am now facing significant issues. The most concerning problem is that I am unable to log in to my account. Despite multiple attempts to login with My credentials, the app keeps failing to authenticate and does not allow access to my account. Can't pay the bills. Can't access through UAE pass, registered phone number is not showing. DU Telecom to resolve the issues urgently..!
