Is there no other way than you guys forcing us to use the default keyboard on the phone? This is very annoying, every time I use the HSBC app I have to change the keyboard.

Credit Card control is very limited...need more funcrion to control the function of credit card effectively from system by our own such as enabled / disabled card in our hand from system

Not user-friendly, CS is difficult to reach, and it consumes a significant amount of phone credit to connect.
