Idk if the problem is the app or the restaurant itself, I've been waiting for 5 hours for my order, and it still hasnt arrived, the tracker says out for delivery but it's been 2 hours since and i can't cancel it anymore. This happened to me twice already, and it's so disappointing.

App is ok but it doesn't even detect the nearest McDonald's branch, instead the "nearest" one is 1 hour away, and the rest of the branches detected are too far. I also can't input my brother's PWD ID when I need to order on his behalf. Other delivery apps can do this (Jollibee, Shakeys), just show ID upon delivery. It's rather inconvenient and I don't think I'll ever use this app in the meantime.

Orders can be completed by McDonald's in this app without even delivering anything, you also cannot cancel your order even if it takes too long to be delivered, this app is very one sided in favor of McDonald's. My order yesterday have not arrived, it said in the app that it is preparing, for around 20hrs, today it was just completed, I expect it to be canceled so that my payment can be refunded, but no, it completes the order without delivering anything, McDo Meycuayan City Hall = Worst McDo
