Too much slow, It works minimum 5 to 10 seconds later after my click. Overall all of option is useful and one stop service for food order, bike ride share, car hire and parcel delivery but app is too much slow and overloaded. In a word, Experience as like using 5G network with tortoise speed. LOL!

Price shown at the beginning and the one charged finally are quite different. And there is no option for reporting this. To be clear, I use the same route daily and there was no extra traffic today.

They add hidden fees without properly informing you. You have to pay the pick up fee which is too high and unreasonable. The prices will change once you reach your destination. You have a lot to improve, do better.
