Game keeps having glitches. I have $70,000 coins. It froze went to reopen to play. Coins reset to $1000 & went down to level 1. Like you had just started playing. There is no contact support button, just a feedback and no one gets back to you. You can't progress the roll of dice is programmed to beat you and as you get on a progress roll , it's upped how much you have to bet to play. Absolute disgrace,save your data, patience don't down load.

The dice is not random(I imagine so everyone wins). As soon as you open up a piece, the opponent will get the numbers needed to catch your piece. This is very annoying for a semi-professional player as the tactics I usually use don't work. It removes all elements of skill

You gave low stars :( but we can't interfere with the hands. Since it is an online game and you play with live people, the fate of the game determines which stone will come to whom. But we still wish you good luck

Well designed and definitely the best layout of all Backgammon apps. However disappointing that the algorithm is layed out to enhance revenue. I've tested this now in multiple. The dice are on your side once you spent a little money as well as in the early levels. Eventually you're opponents will always roll the dice to beat you, which means you reliably cannot take any risk. Maybe an interesting way to practice but definitely not far game. Sad, because I'd otherwise spend hours & $$ on this app

Our game is designed with a computer algorithm. The mechanism of the game works through this algorithm and the dices are determined randomly by the choice of this mechanism. Because of this situation, we don't have any chance to interfere with the game system.
