Update review jan. 2025: I've been a du postpaid plan user for more than 10 years. I like the quick overview of my postpaid plan. But currently, ever since the recent update 2-3 months ago (new du app UI), I'm not able to pay my Postpaid plan bills thru online card payment via the du app. It always gives an error page from the du app. I end up paying on the website du quickpay which is inconvenient.

The app forces an update. The update has you logged out. And the login process is broken. Does not accept OTP no matter how many attempts, and even if cache and data are cleared. Result: no usable app. Thank you, du, especially since this is my first day of many traveling out of UAE.

I have had a frustrating experience with your app and chat assistant, which fails to understand queries and repeatedly asks for rephrasing, creating a never-ending loop of unhelpful responses. When finally connected to a live agent, they just wasted time without providing any response. Your mobile application is another disappointment. Many features are marked as "coming soon" and have remained as such for so long. It raises the question of what "soon actually means in your context.
