Absolutely love this app! The coaching, gifs and videos provided make it easy to follow and do the exercises correctly. I am on day 21 and I can definitely see and feel a difference. Great app to start building your strength and fitness at home! I completely recommend it!!! There are ads for specific exercises but for what you're getting they are completely worth it + I'm not someone thats bothered by it.

Gives you really short and easy routines! There are rest days too and that's extremely helpful, there's a diet guide and it actually helped me with consistency which mostly for everyone, is the problem, I've been more motivated and disciplined to exercise and I love it! Now I just need to do this repeatedly for months to get extra effective results

I have recently started using this app because I was really not consistent with my workout routine and this app really helps with that. You get to have an experience like a personal coach helping you with your daily exercises. Me being a physical therapist can say that all the exercises this app recommends really are helpful keeping your body in shape.
