Edited Review: again Thank you, would have been nice to get this response anyone of the 3 times I contacted Lorex via email. Not a huge fan that I need to make multiple accounts instead of one sign-in, but it's done so at least there's that. Something to improve with the system itself: Package detect and remove detection are terrible and think a plant swaying in the wind is a package. If it's on I get 50-100 notifications a day. Animal detection is spotty too. Missed 4 deer in my yard one night

Thanks for the update, I'll give it some time and write a new review... well the update didn't fix my issues. Still pretty terrible at replaying footage, very hard to use with no controls and kinda jumps around to random times. When I get a motion detecting, says "device removed" and won't play. And now recently 80%of my notifications don't actually alert me... I use a very common phone s10. I can't be the only one..... Response to network issue suggestion: hard wired connection, not the issue

App works well. A few bugs but they seem to be working on improving the app regularly. Would be nice to put dvrs in a folder. I have 9 soon to be 10 dvrs on lorex home and it causes the app to run slow and my home cameras get buried in the events. Be nice to hide the other systems/events so I can monitor my home cameras easier
