About this game

Five years ago, Carl ‘CJ’ Johnson escaped the haze of Los Santos, San Andreas...a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs, and corruption. Now, it's the early 90s. CJ’s got to go home - his mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart, and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster. On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of cops frame him for homicide, forcing CJ on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets in the next iteration of the series that changed everything.

Honestly, disappointing. For a definitive edition, it does a poor job for being one, as even the classic and remastered versions are filled with way less bugs (a very noticeable difference). The only noticeable difference are the graphics, nothing else changed. I'll continue to play the original version, as this one has HORRIBLE lag, even at the default resolution, on a decently powerful phone (redmi note 13) it still manages to lag. Please fix the performance issue, that's all I'm asking for.

It would be great to see a feature added that allows players to honk their vehicle horn just like in the original GTA San Andreas. Having the option to press a button to honk the horn would add more immersion and make driving feel even more dynamic. This is a small but impactful change that could make a big difference in the overall experience. One feature I really miss from the original GTA San Andreas is the ability to freely switch between different camera angles while driving.

All in all, it runs smooth, it's very playable, and it works with backbone one, so that's great. My only real complaint is that, without a controller, you can't honk your horn, there's no button for it available in on screen controls. This might seem like a weird complaint, but my favorite thing ti do in SA is run firefighter and paramedic missions, which just don't feel right without the sirens
