Audio control is problematic. During the day the app randomly says the phone volume is too low. Audio streams are fine on the right ear peripheral but unreliable on the left. The volume of audio streams cannot be controlled with the volume buttons on the phone. The auto profile switching does seem to work. The Bluetooth connection in the phone is not the same as the connection in the app. They seem to work against each other often.

It is impossible to read the power remaining in my hearing aids. It keeps telling me to connect the hearings aids with the app but there is no way I can find the setting. I can still hear better with the hearing aids and they work well with my phone and music streaming services. But I cannot tell power levels. I used to be able to find the remaining power using the app but that disappeared with a software update some time ago. Makes the app much less useful.

Only have problems with the "well-being" portion of the app. Sometimes slow, sometimes doesn't work, sometimes disappea completely. Otherwise, it's a very good app, and I would recommend it to anyone who wears hearing aides. (Aug 22, 2023) I had the Bluetooth hooked up, batteries were charged, and yet the app couldn't/wouldn't connect to my hearing aides. UPDATE: It now is worse. No updates in 24 hrs, even though I am checking it regularly! It's getting to be a piece of garbage 🗑.
